As part of AuTeak's
commitment to protecting the environment and the need to
sustain long-term supply, we only use teak from plantations
that are supervised by Perum Perhutani a division of the
Indonesian State Forest Ministry. This ensures that the
resource is managed in a sustainable manner and the forests of
Indonesia are preserved.
When selecting the
material for the manufacturing of outdoor furniture it is very
important to select a wood that is replanted under strict
control in order to help preserve our ecological system.
