We at AuTeak offer a 10 year guarantee on the wood that is
used to make Teak Garden Furniture that has the AuTeak brand.
During this period of guarantee we replace free of charge all
wood pieces that can no longer be used due to the rotting of
the wood or to wood bores.
Replacement will be made with the exact same piece in
question. This guarantee only covers the wood and not the
fixtures and fitting or the workmanship. The Item damaged will
be replaced free of charge with the next order.
The wood must have not undergone any transformation or gone
under any mechanical strain. Also the wood must have been
maintained and treated on regular basis. In order to validate
this guarantee you must be able to justify the purchase of
regular maintenance products. The discoloration of the wood is a natural process and is not
subject to guarantee. Natural wear and tear is not subject to
guarantee. |
