Workmanship
We at AuTeak guarantee our products against defects in
fixtures, fittings and workmanship for a period of one year
from the date of delivery. We will replace or repair such
items that become unserviceable due to defects in materials or
workmanship. This guarantee does not apply to damage from
misuse, neglet, alteration, normal wear and tear, loss or
damage due transportation of goods. Item damaged will be
replaced free of charge with the next order. Any problem must
be reported in writing to AuTeak. In the case of claim, please
contact our Customer Service Department at AuTeak and we will
send you the appropriate form and give you instruction for
disposition of the goods in question.
