Only wood of Mutu
Pertama Quality is used in the production of AuTeak furniture.
The wood is selected for grain and color match within a single
piece of furniture. All wood at AuTeak is dried to moisture
content of below 14% in our technically advanced kilns. This
is one of the most important processes of manufacturing Teak
Garden Furniture as it eliminates subsequent shrinkage of the
wood, mildew growing on the wood, non performance of the glue
and future uneven discoloration. Kiln Drying eliminate Blue
Stain and destroys all insect eggs. Without this process the
eggs will not be killed. |
